Dr. Srujan MJ is a multidisciplinary professional with expertise in structural engineering, construction, research, and education. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from BMS College of Engineering (BMSCE) and a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from Coventry University, UK. He has further expanded his academic profile with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from BMS College of Law and a Master’s degree in Psychology from Jain University, and is currently pursuing his PhD at REVA University, focusing on Structural Polymer Connection Design for lightweight and eco-friendly construction systems.

He is the Proprietor of Pristine Infrastructure, a company involved in construction execution, planning, budgeting, interior and exterior design, and real estate projects. Dr. Srujan is also the founder of MJS Academics, an education initiative that provides academic guidance, research training, and career planning support for UG, PG, and PhD students. In addition, he is the author of the book “Academic Research Writing Artistry,” which helps multidisciplinary students understand research writing and publish academic papers effectively. He has also contributed to several research publications in the field of structural engineering and material science. Through his work, he continues to bridge the gap between academic research and practical industry applications.
